What do agriculture, historical sites, art and nature have in common? Together, they create the total visitor experience for the experiential traveler -- those folks interested in learing about and imersing themselves in their travel destinations. NTP is conducting training workshops for farmers, ranchers, tourism business owners and communities interested in catering to this growing group of travelers. NTP is currently working with the UC Davis Small Farm Center, California Watchable Wildlife Committee and the Sierra Business Council to offer workshops throughout California. Contact NTP if you would like a workshop for your state or community.

The area served as an important fruit-growing center in the early 20th century and today supports thriving agricultural, historical and nature tourism businesses.
